Intelligence and understanding
waiting for an opportunity
to express itself in poetry or prose
One should respect the laws of physics
lest one should cramp one's muscles
or break one's bone
trying to engage in gymnastic expression
the poetic expression also
has these rules
these implicit rules are understood implicitly
explicating it is difficult,
but useful.
however, not at the cost of any burn out.
If anything that you think you have to do is being done
at the risk of burning oneself out,
it is not for anyone's good.
the idea is always to flow.
the idea is not to create a great poem.
the idea is to flow into deeper and deeper states of relaxation and ease.
if poetry emerges out of such relaxation and ease,
all is well.
if it does not emerge,
well, it will remain latent.
and that is okay.
because who said a diamond in the rough
should be taken out and polished up
such utilitarian mindset runs counter to the fibre of nonduality
where there is no need for anything to be expressed.
everything that is to be expressed is already being expressed
and this is perfect
and does not need any perfecting
although it tends to perfect itself
as it dances along
so listen to music
dance to the tune
let go of the headache
shoot the messengers
remember the message
by storing it in a non-verbal safe
go and eat a sage plant
you know you are super
supremely racing towards nowhere
to enjoy wherever
revolve the revolvers
dish out the pans
the ride is smooth and jerky
it is a sunset moonrise phenomenon.
